By subscribing to Theatre Cave's Musical Theatre Subscription Box service, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
**2. Subscription Services**
2.1. **Subscription Plans**: Theatre Cave offers various subscription plans, including different durations and pricing tiers. The details of your chosen plan will be outlined during the subscription process.
2.2. **Billing**: You agree to be charged the applicable subscription fee at the start of your subscription and, subsequently, at the renewal intervals according to your selected plan. Payment methods and billing cycles are specified during the subscription process.
**3. Renewal and Cancellation**
3.1. **Auto-Renewal**: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. We will bill your payment method on file at the start of each renewal term.
3.2. **Cancellation**: You may cancel your subscription after you have received the total number of boxes you initially signed up for. Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date of your next renewal term to avoid charges for that term. If you cancel before receiving the total number of boxes, any remaining boxes will still be delivered as scheduled, and your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current term.
**4. Shipping and Delivery**
4.1. **Shipping Schedule**: We aim to ship your subscription box within the timeframe specified during the order process. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
4.2. **Delivery**: We use third-party delivery services to deliver your subscription box. Theatre Cave is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage during delivery. Please contact us for assistance in such cases.
**5. Returns and Refunds**
5.1. **Return Policy**: We do not accept returns on subscription boxes. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
5.2. **Refunds**: Refunds will be issued for damaged or incorrect items as mentioned in 5.1. No refunds are available for subscription charges already paid.
**6. Account and Personal Information**
6.1. **Account Information**: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information, including shipping address, payment details, and contact information.
